1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy for all non-custom, non-personalized controllers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including being in the original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through our Support Page. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return based on the condition of the product.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is shipped in its original condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Timeframe

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Exceptions

Custom-designed or personalized controllers are not eligible for a return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
